Client Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (1-4 yrs)
Role :
- Agents- recruitment and training
- Responsible for the sales budget of the business sourced from partner channels through the location
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge
- Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy
- Strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
- Generate revenue and acquire new customers either face-to-face or digitally.
