Client Relationship Manager - Recruitment Firm (2-10 yrs)
Client Relationship Manager - Mumbai - Hybrid
FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY
Experience - 3 to 5 years
Location - Mumbai (Hybrid)
CTC - 3 to 6 LPA
Responsibilities :
- Create plans to address clients recruitment needs. Understand job description and no of positions required by the client on periodical basis.
- Coordinate with clients/ HR managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Communicate feedback of recruitment candidates with clients on agreed frequency.
- Manage job postings on portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster etc.
- Handle recruitment for niche positions as well as bulk positions along with the recruitment
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like Instagram, FB, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
- Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
Requirements and skills :
- Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
- Proven experience working as a recruiting manager
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Problem-solving aptitude
- A degree in Business Management or a related field.
