- Lead an organisation of sales managers.
- Building the agency and assembling the staff of sales managers
- Assist channels' personnel, especially new recruits, with continuing training and skill development.
- Create and put into action strategies to encourage and keep talent with high performance.
- Compliance with legal and ethical requirements.
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance companies.
- In charge of strengthening your team through self-networking.
- Agent tracking, activation, and licencing
