Client Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- There are many ways to make sure your current clients are happy, including finding and approaching potential new businesses or individuals to work with as clients, collecting and analyzing feedback, studying market trends, and advising colleagues on client strategy or new sales opportunities.
- Presenting goods and services to customers; answering questions and acting as a point of contact; ensuring that your employer and clients abide by the terms of a contract; and understanding and supporting the client in accomplishing their objectives.
- Build and preserve a good rapport with your clients by getting to know their needs, challenges, and goals. Maintain regular contact with clients to share information, resolve issues, and get their opinions.
- Make sure your clients are satisfied by promptly resolving any problems or queries that may come up. Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal departments, making sure that demands are fulfilled and standards are surpassed.
- Execute and oversee client account plans, defining goals, seeing prospects for expansion, and formulating plans to optimize client achievement. Track customer performance and send out regular reports on important metrics.
