Client Relationship Manager - Bank (2-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Creates and employs sales tactics
- Guarantees that customers are satisfied with the company's goods and services
- Investigates the competition
- Establishes revenue goals
- Leads campaigns to cross- or up-sell company goods and services with the sales force.
- Works together with internal teams to satisfy the needs of clients
- Arrange and participate in meetings involving senior CRMs and members of the investment team.
- Together with the team, organize and present quarterly service and product reviews.
- Organize senior outreach follow-up.
- Create and maintain relationships with major suppliers, clients, and partners.
- Analyze company practices to ensure that clients are happy with their purchases in every way.
- Identify potential customers and notify the sales team so they can proceed.
