We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager.

Channel: Banca Channel / Bancassurance
Job description :
- Proving pre and post-sales support.
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency.
- Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of the Banca team.
- To develop, agree and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for existing customers.
- Activate & Penetrate branches for Insurance Sales.
- 100 % Lead-Based Inside Sales of Life Insurance.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Experience : Min. 2+ Year in Sales and Marketing and 2+ Years in the insurance sector
2. CTC : Up to 3.50 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
3. Age : 21 to 38 years
4. Education : Any Graduation
5. Candidate : Local Candidate
6. Good Communication
