CRM Post Sales - Real Estate
- Build & maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned, agreement and handover of possession ,Responsible in maintaining MIS & closely work for Preparation of Final work Report, Cheques validation, Sales Order, Generation
- Possession schedule, unit completeness, customer issues ensuring optimizing of collections
- Respond to customer documents subsequently
- Handling customer grievances
- Related to payment issues, Loan process issues, customization in-unit issues, possession & clearance formality issues.
- Coordinating with the team for due & pending installments, collection Updating, processing, & Filling of all documents.
