Job Description:
- Call the newly paid customers and hand hold them about the system
- Do follow up calls to understand their business status
- Call the clients whose subscription is going to expire
- Handle any requests or escalations from the customers on phone or by email
- Generate new leads for clients
- Handling the administrative work like mails and Inbox
- Explaining Clients about various payment options and guiding them about system
- Coordinating with internal team members for fast resolution of customer query
- Experience 2+ years
Requirements:
- Experience and passion in customer care operations
- Fluency in English is a must
- Functional knowledge of MS Office
