Role Responsibilities:

1. Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

3. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders

4. Coordinate between client and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

5. Identify and grow opportunities within the account and work in partnership with internal teams to ensure growth attainment

6. Work closely with the procurement team of the account for release of Purchase Orders at negotiated prices and conditions

7. Collaborate with Presales & Concepts team by inspiring creative solutions and develop compelling presentations to address the client's challenge or a project brief

8. Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan for key account that meets or exceeds sales and margin targets

9. Coordinate between the finance teams at BioQuest and the account for raising, submission and realisation of invoices at proper schedules

10. Collect, address and organise client feedback appropriately

11. Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients

12. Completing projects as per the agreed Statement of Work and within an agreed budget
