Responsibility : 

- To lead prospective client CXO connections and communications and escalations

- To resolve all escalated issues relating to the specified accounts for smooth relationship/delivery.

- To provide governance for the accounts responsible for.

- To recruit and develop the account managers (reports)

- To build strategic partnerships with key decision makers and influencers for realizing the results.

- To plan for the pipeline of business opportunities

- To lead| guide| engage| manage and develop the team.

- To develop the strategy for the account creation/s and development as per business plan.

- To be the sponsor for solutions designed for the client.

- To manage the quality and quantity of account activity of the account managers using tools  


- Need to identify and implement a tool like SFA

- To analyze the competitive landscape and current market trends on an ongoing basis

- To engage in prospect development activities such as campaign execution

- Collection of billing and ensure zero outstanding
