Client Manager - Sales - Recruitment Firm (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Hiring Client Manager. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in client management, preferably in the recruitment industry. As a Hiring Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of recruiters and provide guidance and support as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable solutions
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues - Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates to clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on client activity, including revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and client feedback
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client management
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in client management, preferably within the recruitment industry
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices is a plus.
