Client Manager- Recruitment Sales - Engineering & Manufacturing Vertical (4-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Achievement of targets
- Adherence to time lines defined by the client and the supervisor
- Sourcing resumes from different sources like the company database, jobsites, head-hunting
- Shortlisting resumes and ensuring relevant assessment of candidates at Leadership levels
- Coordinating interviews with the client and the candidate
- Interacting with clients to understand the profile, convince them on the candidates, make profile/industry suggestions to them
- Develop solutions and create/revise methodologies that support process for efficient execution of mandates.
- Network and collaborate with a set of clients
- Advise clients on all hiring related issues
- Retention of existing clients
