Client Engagement Partner - Education (3-9 yrs)
Urgent opening for vibrant community of facilitators, coaches, and art-based therapists dedicated to delivering outstanding learning and development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire process once the business is confirmed by administering the project, ensuring all logistical needs have been met.
- Maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact.
- Being the main point of contact during implementation between clients and TPHRD consultants.
- Produce quality sheets (feedback report)on a monthly basis.
- Manage the stage manager software to keep track on deliverables and deadlines.
- Produce calendar bookings and liaise with internal and external clients.
- Coordinating events to ensure the project is managed in a timely fashion.
- Booking of venues for internal events(seminars, open workshops).
- Travel Planning for all consultants.
Requirement:
- Graduate or Post Graduate(Preference to: Diploma in Travel & Tourism).
- Proficient in MSOffice.
- Excellent communication skills-spoken fluency in English, written grammar.
- Strong attention to detail and multi tasking abilities.
- Excellent project management skills.
Nature of work:
Full time work from home (once in a while there will be travelling for workshops and seminar purpose).
