Client Associate - BFSI (3-7 yrs)
We have a urgent opening for Client Associate profile in Andromeda Sales and Distribution Pvt Ltd.The candidate will have to call customers and sell loan products.
Product :- Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, Working Capital.
Designation : Client Associate
Location: Kalina.Santacruz (Mumbai)
Total Experience : minimum 2 years in telesales/telemarketing/telecalling/customer service/customer relationship.
Salary: upto 25000 per month take home
Education : HSC/Graduate/PGDM
Duties and Responsibilities For Client Associates:
- Lead Generation for the sales team (office based job).
- Understanding client profile & offering appropriate financial solutions over the phone..
- Maintaining follow ups & client details.
- Reporting daily appointments to the Team Leader.
- Having post sales relationship with the client & giving him periodical loan top ups as his requirement.
- Updating all your clients/prospects about the new loan products launched from time to time & getting further business from the clients.
Key Skills:-
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Have strong leadership skills.
