Clicktable is a cloud based application for casual and fine dining restaurants that enables holistic guestbook management, automated waitlist management and seamless reservation management. Founded by a young and innovative entrepreneur leading a team of dynamic and brilliant minds, Clicktable.com would soon be redefining the reservation management ecosystem in India and the world over by conferring its esteemed clienteles with a treat of never seen and heard experience. It is fully funded by Kent RO Systems Ltd, the company behind India's leading brand of water purifiers and is being spearheaded by one of the directors of the company who happens to be a B.Tech in Computer Science from Purdue University (USA) and an MBA from Columbia Business School (USA).

The purpose of the role is to build and manage rapport with corporate clients so as to ensure optimum customer acquisition, retention and income generation from sale of the Clicktable services.

Job Description

- Have a strong and thorough understanding of Clicktable Services, Usage and its potential.

- Lead the sales pitch of Clicktable in the allocated area with the support of the Sales Manager and Regional Manager.

- Identify target segment restaurants in the region - Current and upcoming ventures.

- Establish professional & social links with the key decision makers at the Restaurant.

- Work closely with the Sales Manager and the Regional Manager to establish meeting and conversion targets on a short term and long term perspective.

- Ensure easy integration of the product at the restaurant floor.

- Ensure to have a strong understanding of the competing services in the market at any point of time.

- Engage with clients on product feedback and provide inputs to the technical team for improvements

- Target Progression - Aim to move up to Sales Manager Profile
