Clickalt - Sales Consultant (2-6 yrs)

We are looking for a sales consultant having an end to end knowledge on IT sales, The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. We are looking for a charismatic and skilled Sales Consultant to approach potential clients and inform them of our products and services. The Sales Consultant is also responsible for building good relationships with new and existing clients to try and ensure their business in the future.

Job description

- Ability to support a revolutionary product, educating clients on the benefits of clickalt Global Pvt Ltd.

- Creating, improving and administering the relationship bonds with the new clients.

- Build targeted email campaigns, call campaigns in order to drive attendance to sales events/demos.

- Questioning, studying and examining the customers of the company to know their needs and generate sales.

- Creating sales methods and techniques and maintaining the client interaction records of the company.

- Work effectively in a team environment to support the achievement of sales goals and deliver on customer service levels.

- Responding to complaints from customers and give after sales support when requested.

- Will need to prepare and maintain a database of suspects. This will include research from the net, storing this information on spread-sheets etc and timely updating into the CRM/Salesforce.

- Study Buying behaviour/patterns of target companies.

- Understand the market dynamics, including client requirements, business models, key players, competition and our value proposition across segments.

- Support solution architect in customers/ end-user engagement during deal pursuit, gathering requirements, and converting requirements into technical documentation

- Participate in pre-sales process in terms of contributing to technical solution and estimation.

Qualification

- 2- 6 years of total experience, with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a Tier 1 IT Company for GCC or European markets.

- Consultative selling experience. Able to sell total cost of ownership concept and interact with high level management team of Customers.

- Can do- attitude.

- Problem solving skills and creative mind when facing problems with no obvious solution.

- Open to different tasks and flexible to cover cross border work activity. Finally, you have excellent communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English.

- Successful track record in a high-volume transaction sales environment.
