Clickalt Global - Consultant - Digital Marketing (2-6 yrs)

We are hiring Digital Marketing Consultant you assess the digital marketing maturity together with client teams. Subsequently, you come up with concepts and implementation of data, analytics, and marketing solutions to address the challenges faced by our customers.

Responsibilities

- Experience in varied digital marketing engagements like consulting (strategy)/implementations/operations etc., with part of at least 2-3 sizeable digital marketing enablement engagements.

- Expertise in content and commerce space - with a functional knowledge of leading digital experience.

- Experience in managing and contributing to pre-sales activities like proposal creation, budget preparing, and presentation, etc.

- Up-to-date on latest trends in digital marketing and well aware of areas like CRM, SEO, Social media marketing, email marketing, etc.

- Experience in working with digital/creative agencies and ability to work across globally distributed virtual teams.

- Played customer-facing roles and sound experience in handling customers independently.

- Strong customer focus - expertise in understanding customer needs (stated and unstated) and provide possible alternatives

- Ability to build & maintain strong customer, partner, and team relationships.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

- Support Team building and drive organization's digital initiatives.

- Experience with agile tools like JIRA for requirements management.

- Experience of working as a proxy product owner to represent and support geographically distributed development team in project lifecycle including requirement estimation, verification, and validation.

Requirements

- 2 to 6 years of experience in digital, direct & performance marketing, with experience of building and leading a team.

- Expertise and knowledge of growth marketing strategies, performance marketing, retargeting, paid digital channels.

- Proficient in a range of tools across the marketing stack, Mixpanel, Appflyer, MoEngage, Google Analytics.

- Strong data-driven orientation and analytical mindset with a focus on ROI.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have agility in adapting to the situation.
