- To handle customer chats for a SAAS based product
- Maintaining the ticket status and driving closure
- Coordination with the sales and technology teams to provide solutions to customers.
Pre-requisites:
- Should have excellent English communication skills
- Should be familiar with using Ms Excel
- Open to work night shifts
