JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Plan marketing campaigns for entire week for all retail stores locally
- Plan & conduct corporate & residential eye screening camps targeted at local retail store marketing & generating more footfalls across retail stores.
- Strategize affiliate marketing activities with local brands to co-brand & co-market. Aim is to generate more footfalls
- Make a ROI calculator to analyse measurable impact of each marketing activity.
- List KPIs to be monitored to make the marketing campaigns/activities effective.
- Conduct basic marketing activities across retail store geographies & improve brand visibility.
- Conduct surveys & primary customer feedback exercise to get the first hand advise over the marketing being done across channels.
Skills :
- Handy with MS office,
- Strong Planning and execution skills,
- Creative
- Networking ability,
- Multitasking,
- Team lead capability,
- Well versed with English and Hindi.
- Travelling is mandate.
- Can work independently
Qualification : MBA
Experience : 1-2 Years
