Profile: Advertising Manager

We are looking for a decisive advertising manager to develop, run and oversee unique campaigns. You will be responsible for raising awareness and building interest in the brand and our products. You should be a detail-oriented, creative, and collaborative problem solver with outstanding communication and project management skills.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Develop, manage and optimize comprehensive paid Facebook and Google Ad campaigns

- Understanding funnels and digital marketing strategies that work best for the brand.

- Audience research, audience building, and ad creation

- Audit and optimize new & existing ad campaigns to ensure KPIs are met such as budget spend, timelines, CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS - both short and long term.

- Identify new opportunities to increase customer conversions regularly.

Requirement :

- 3+ years experience and knowledge of online funnel marketing strategies

- Very organized and experienced in utilizing project management tools

- Ability to have a big picture view while executing and managing details

- Commitment to achieving results

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to mine data to inform decisions

- Must be flexible with weekly schedule, adaptable, and willing to take on multiple priorities

- Excellent organization and time management skills to complete tasks on time.

- Knowledge of landing page or CRM platforms such as Clickfunnels, Leadpages, Aweber, Mailchimp, Convertkit, etc.

- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency

- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in Facebook policies, strategies, trends, design tools, and applications

Preferred : Experience running targeted, high-spend (25 Lakh+ monthly), high-return ad campaigns, specifically on Facebook and Google.
