Currently we're hiring Content Writer for our Vadodara Development Center.

Job Title: Content Writer

Experience: 4 - 9 Years

Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Write and Update User guide, Online Help Documents and Training materials content as needed for our Products.

- Conduct walk through with customer and relevant stakeholders

- Analyse new requirements, provide functional design and identifying individual tasks to be detailed in the User Guide and other related documents.

- Build the flow diagrams and detail the key features user would be using

- Create functional document in order to meet requirements.

- Contribute to document the discussions around the fulfilment of requirements and key product features from functional prospective.

- Comply with Civica's ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

- Research education-related topics (combining online sources, existing application, user guides and studies)

- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content/help Management Systems

- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication

- Submit work to lead Business Analyst for input and approval

- Conduct simple keyword research and frequent queries in the help and User guides

- Write and Review the Release Notes

- Identify customers needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
