What problems will you be working on :
- Recruit and manage on-ground sales and business development team
- Execute offline sales through close interaction with community leaders
- Help community leaders grow their customer base
- Identify customer and community leaders- issues and provide on-ground support
Desired skill sets :
- Ability to understand Tier-2 and Tier-3 customers- behavior and needs
- Prior experience in managing field teams
