What problems will you be working on :

- Identify potential markets to expand ground operations basis key metrics

- Figure out & develop key offline channels to generate leads who can go on to become successful community leaders within the CityMall ecosystem.

- Plan, drive & measure multiple ROI centric BTL activations to achieve desired objectives

- Hands-on with on-ground work related to coordinating with design teams, vendors, local govt bodies, associations & RWAs, freelance promotion agents & interns.

Desired skill sets :

- Ability to understand Tier-2 and Tier-3 customers- behavior and needs

- 2+ years of experience of working in high growth startups

- Prior experience in BTL activations, customer on-boarding
