CityLink - Assistant Manager - Sales (2-3 yrs)
Essential Skill Set Required :
1. Should have experience in services selling to Enterprises/MSMEs covering the entire sales cycle right from prospecting (digitally and otherwise) to deal closure.
2. Should be a quick learner to grasp the essentials of a tech. biz. and carry an appealing proposition to market.
3. Should be able to take a solutions- approach rather than transaction selling. This entails the ability to visualize the customer requirements beyond what is expressed.
4. Should be quite independent and proactive in approach.
5. Should have a good commercial acumen to quickly grasp the - buy/sell- of a potential sale.
6. Should possess excellent PR skills to win over customers and carry on a sustained relationship.

Prime Responsibilities of Job :
1. To handle Enterprise /MSME sales for the Co., includes prospecting to deal closure (with/without support)
2. To achieve and surpass sales targets as defined by the organization
3. To work closely with the fulfillment team for commencement and stabilization of a particular account
4. To ensure billing and collection for customers on-boarded
5. To also work in unison with the telemarketing team to take credible leads to fruition
- 2-3 years of experience and atleast an year in a similar position
