The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and prospect potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and ensure the sales process runs smoothly
- Provide market insights to the company leadership team
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities
- Manage a team of sales professionals, set sales goals, and monitor performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of success
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Deep understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends
- Ability to think strategically and provide market insights
- Experience in managing teams and developing and implementing sales plans
- Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events and conferences
