City Sales Manager - Real Estate (10-22 yrs)
Role & responsibilities :
- Lead and drive a telecalling based account management team for a city.
- Improve the conversion funnel to make the process efficient.
- Ownership and accountability for Site Visits scheduled and done.
- Develop and lead micromarket specific teams.
- Work closely with Ops Head and Sales Development Head to improve the process.
- City Manager would handle 3 - 5 Team Leaders who would drive the team on conversion of leads provided, making sure all the leads are touched and converted by following up and scheduling site visits of customers ( Process in a nutshell).
Should be on top of numbers - Volumes, conversions, shrinkage, closures, P&L
Day shift : Manyata Tech park is the location - Own transport - 6 days working - Off on Weekday only.
- Graduation is a Must.
