Job Description:

Business Sales & Development

- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business opportunities

- Be the key person/sole owner responsible for building and growing Fabricspa brand/ sales in the region and coordinate/ex the marketing activities, distribution and brand building activities

- Liaison with Marketing Head:

 To develop strategies for brand building and marketing activities in the region.

To Plan ATL & BTL activities for widespread reach, while delivering the required value proposition

- Identify and build new business opportunities with Franchisee using existing industry contacts.

- Negotiating contracts with Franchisee and establishing timeline and coordinating activities related to store opening.

- Generating ideas for new revenue generation from existing and new customers.

- Identify and implement cross promotion opportunities with other brands/ companies for revenue growth.

- Evaluate market data and provide market response and feedback to senior leadership to steer sales and growth of the brand.

Operations Management

- Strategizing on the operational excellence and implementing best practices, advanced knowledge, new ideas for efficient process management and talent development.

- Managing employer's client and franchisee relationships and providing clients and franchisee with excellent service and support.

- Managing a team of 50+ people.

- Lead team and ensure that the team is adequately trained in both functional and behavioral aspects

- Ensuring efficiency and profitability in all the stores - company operated & franchisee operated

- Monitoring and managing the sales budgets and costs

Requirements:

- Experience in managing budgets and cost control

- Ability to work in new/ dynamic domains and test non-traditional market building initiatives

Skills Required:

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Sales in Retail sector in the region.

- Language - English & Kannada Must

- Education - Bachelors must, MBA preferred.

- Proficiency in Excel and Word

- Should have experience in managing teams

- Prior business development experience

- Experience in managing budgets and cost control
