We are a young technology organisation with our focus on delivering ads on various formats through DOOH platforms and residential sector is the prime focus area for us. We today are operational in eight cities with over 3000 live digital screens at the organised gated communities delivering contextual ads to consumes at their doorsteps and helping brands connect to their specific audience set. We are moving forward with an aggressive expansion plan soon with a rich data centric approach on audience and modern tech advancements being our edge.

At AdOnMo, our sales team is the engine that drives our demand side solutions. We are seeking for an experienced person from media sales background preferably from regional print & digital advertising. We expect the sales manager to help keep our revenue engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We- re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to convince, coach, advise, motivate sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.

We are hiring for the position of City Head - Sales.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Generate local & national direct leads, build and nurture client relationships

- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base

- Quick at building nurturing relationship

- Responsible for generating revenue through SMB and Enterprise accounts.

- Ensuring growth on target numbers month on month with a clear growth plan of action.

- Should be able to tap new segments to drive revenues -Ensuring proper updating and maintenance of various reporting formats

- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled -Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfil them Skills and Qualifications:

- Go-getter, Self-Motivated -10+ years in sales management within a corporate setting

- Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Superb leadership abilities -Industry background: Advertising/Marketing/Sales.

Desired Academics : Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA- Sales & Marketing)
