Job Description:

- End-to-End ownership of operations of the city. Hire, monitor and manage a two-tier team of Area Ops Managers and Loan managers.

- Owning and delivering targets for key operating metrics- Efficiency, Productivity,fulfillment %

- Single point of contact between the ground operations team and the central team. He or she will have to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on ground

- Ensuring Ops processes and policies set forth by the company are implemented on the ground and monitored to ensure 100% adherence

- Ability to evaluate and hire key resources within his/her team

- Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and give them pointed feedback

- Transaction audits with detailed performance measurement and providing feedback for improvement to team members

- Knack for setting, measuring and improving processes on a continuous basis in a dynamic environment

Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, last mile operations, etc.

- Managed a two-tier team of 30-50 members

- Successfully executed operations in a high velocity environment

- Local language proficiency

About the role

City Sales Head is a leadership role at Rupeek and is core to our growth journey. We are looking for people who are passionate about what they do, manage an army of sales team across their city, deliver on business targets and ready to roll up their sleeves to support the growth of the organization. You will directly report to Head of Sales.

What You'll Do

- Hire, Lead & manage the entire sales vertical of the City which strives to deliver the business targets

- Own complete City P&L of the sales vertical and formulate a data-driven strategy for growth of the business

- Design the sales strategy, set business goals & drive execution to achieve these goals

- Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of sales strategy, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions

- Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners and business alliances

- Shortlist avenues of future growth and zero in on effective channels through structured data- driven experimentation

What You'll Need

Profile 1 :

- Tier II MBA Graduates (New IIM- s, Nirma, TISS, Welingkar, TAPMI, Symbiosis, etc) with 1-4 Years of experience in BD/Sale in START-UP

- Out of the box thinking, experimentation mind-set and proven track record of scaling up/over achieving sales targets

- Managed large sales/BD teams as city/state head

- P&L ownership with excellent leadership & team management skills

- Ability to drive initiatives in a constantly changing work environment and adopt a do-what-it-takes mind-set
