Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the sales activities in the assigned region
- Create a planned schedule towards conducting various B2C Campaign & ensure execution is as per plan
- Partner with marketing to drive new downloads from targeted campaigns
- Own Offline campaigns to promote our app subscriptions
- New Customer registration & activation
- Appointing Sales agents across assigned district
- Corporate Events/Exhibitions
- Trade shows/Canopy/Umbrella/Camp activity at all avenues
- Conferences/Marathon & Sports Events
- Below the line Activities/Social Events / Events Management, / Exhibition Management
- Brand awareness/Activations
Desired Candidate Profile :
- This is an individual contributor role coordinate along with field team ( Promotor + agents shall be deployed) in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the unique way of patient care in your city.
- Your role will start with Identifying & contacting Diabetes Patients to set up meetings, counsel the Patients on downloading & using our app through personalized patient assistance journey
- Should be local geographical knowledge
- Should be Multi lingual
- Presentable, with good listening, oral, and written communication skills
- Must be aggressive, self-starter, internally motivated, target oriented,
- Should have a flair towards sales
- Must have good leadership skills
- Good Team Player
- Shall be from Medical-Vasan Eye Care, Agarwal, Specs makers, Himalayas, Titan Aye, Apollo, 32 Dental, Radiance Dental etc.,
- Shall be from Wellness/Fitness Centre- VLCC, Colors, PINK fitness center etc.,
- Shall be from Nutrition - Herbalife, AYUR, Amway etc.,
