The Job :

- Our client is looking for a City Manager to join the team

Your responsibilities will include :

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and individual house owners.

- Identifying new sales opportunities and developing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Promoting and selling Glass & Aluminium work, interior design work, and Modular kitchen work to potential customers.

- Creating and delivering presentations and proposals to customers.

- Following up with potential customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services, industry trends, and competitors.

- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate smooth project execution.

- Attending trade shows and other industry events to network and generate leads.

Ideal Candidate :

Skills required :

- You possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- You have at least 2-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the real estate industry.

- You should have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

- You have strong interpersonal skills are a must, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- You have experience in creating and delivering presentations and proposals to customers is a big plus.
