Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing the sales and business development activities for Auto finance.

- Designing and implementing strategic sales plan to achieve the assigned targets

- Conducting regular meetings for setting up sales objectives, streamlining process to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations

- Building & Managing relationship with business associates, dealers / channel partners & customers

- Managing and motivating the sales team towards achieving targets

- Responsible for empanelment of new dealers and resource allocation

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 10+ years of experience in sales in car loans with banking or NBFC

- Experience of recruiting and training of sales team and channel partners

- Ability to liaison & follow-up with external and internal stakeholders

- Good written & verbal communication skills

- Ability to work under tight deadlines

- Knowledge and understanding of the local market.
