- Landlord Representation
- Client Representation
- Coordination with landlords and showing properties to the clients.
- Shortlisting properties for client inspection / fixing appointments with the landlords - Sale / lease.
- Sourcing new properties list / Existing properties for sale /lease -Physical / Online / Newspapers.
- Updating regular market information to the team.
- Giving valuation for the properties by thoroughly researching the market.
- Collaborate and networking with other external mediators / Market information.
- Assisting sellers / Buyers to promote their properties.
- Providing information regarding property availability, price, guideline and etc.
- Evaluate the clients interest and capabilities to recommend appropriate suggestions.
- Meeting new clients and doing inspections/ updating in the database.
- Coordinating with the landlords to get our Fee confirmation.
- Present properties to potential buyers / tenants - Lease / Sale.
- Always keep updating myself about the Real estate market - Chennai.
- Coordinating with the developers to get new properties - Sale / lease.
- Drafting legal documents ( Contracts / Agreements etc.)
