Job Description:
- Telephonic support to customers/ clients.
- Traveling to customer/client locations whenever required.
- Handling and resolving customer queries effectively and proactively ensuring customer/client satisfaction.
- Coordination with various departments for information regarding the customer's contract for smooth coordination with the customer/client.
Salary no bar for a smart and responsible candidate.
