Reporting Manager : Regional Manager

Reportees : 5-7 BDE team

We in Meesho, are on a mission to add the next 10 million suppliers in our platform and want to enable every supplier in the market to grow business with us. As a City lead in Meesho, you will be assigned a portfolio of categories to handle the FOS team on ground. You will be working closely with Senior leaders and drive business by onboarding the selections & suppliers through your team.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Manage & build selections from specific regions to enable and acquire suppliers with desirable trends.

2. Collaborate with Regional manager on getting 10X achievement on targets assigned

3. Make Individual ownership in activating B2B only hubs and collect niche trends as per category direction

4. Scale the onboarded suppliers by team in getting 2.5X selections enabling them for early success in the platform

5. Training and motivating individuals towards goal achievement

Performance :

- Onboarding/ Catalogs Training and motivating individuals towards goal achievement.

- Worked on Projects Cross functional team projects involving multiple stakeholders

- Penetrating new

- Geo/ Category

- Should have worked on 2 regional and 2 category level problem statements, defining the framework for a scalable and consistent performance

Soft Skills :

Ability to work on :

- Data's Advanced Excel and Google sheets, Any SQL server basic Knowledge

- Autonomy

- Should have created 1 or 2 projects to solve platform issues on BD inputs and process

Hard Skills :

- Qualification Professional Degree

- Experience Level Sr. BDM for 12-18 months or Team manager for 1-3 years

IT Skills :

- Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, PPT, basic Adwords, CRM and SQL (Optional)
