- Handle and guide the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

- Guiding and training the Team Managers regarding the market,services and competition.

- Monitor team productivity and help poor performers in improving his productivity.

- Ensure team compliance with sales quality guidelines and CRM updating guidelines.

- Coordinate with legal and registration team for closing customer transactions.

- Handle customer escalations wherever required to achieve to closure

- Ensure collection of revenues from customers.

- Achieving the overall defined targets by driving the teams.

- Building the teams effectively

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Candidates should be from Insurance Companies

- They should be from Direct Sales background

- Experience in Sales with minimum 7 yrs

- Handled a team

- Good Communication Skills.

- Ability to understand requirements of Prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch Property solutions to prospects.

- High levels of passion and ownership.
