Location : Mumbai, Pune, Surat

Experience : 7-12 yrs experience , with at least 3-5 yrs in gold loan sales

Preferred Industry : Banking/NBFC

Job Description :

- Responsible for Business Development and the Portfolio Management for the Gold Loan business for the assigned city.

- Drive and Implement Sales strategy for the Business to deliver Net Income in compliance with organization's goals.

- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with the team, to ensure business strategies are executed and Budgeted Numbers are achieved.

- Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and channels to increase penetration and Building a positive Book.

- Managing the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level; monitoring transactions to make sure that they adhere to the regulatory restrictions and prudential norms.

- Ensuring monthly, quarterly & yearly Gold Loan, Interest Collection & NPA reduction targets are met .

- Hire, monitor, and manage a team of Sales Managers.

- Identifying the need of sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel development etc.

- Ensuring 100% adherence of Ops processes and policies set forth by the company are implemented on the ground and monitored.

- Coordinate and plan with cross functional operations, central teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Skills required :

- Experience of leading a large gold loans sales team - through knowledge of risk, credit and customer services functions of Gold Loans.

- Sound knowledge of Gold Loan Infrastructure and Vault Management.

- Ability to deploy adequate manpower and drive sales performance
