Role- City or Cluster Sales Leader
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for City or Area Profit and Loss.
- Build sales and operation team and leading the team from front with Example.
- Designing Processes and implement them on ground.
- Ensuring Timely delivery of customer's orders without breaching the TAT.
- For Customer retention-Managing relationship with all customers and keep them satisfied with customer first approach.
- Timely Collection of payments from all customers.
- Ensuring Minimizing the Return and damage in the system.
- Responsible for new and sustainable growth.
- Self Motivated and long term thinker.
