Job Description

Business Development

- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets in the city

- Complete ownership of city's P&L account

- Responsible for balancing the top line and bottom line of the business

- Take ownership of the sales and marketing functions of the business for the city

Operations & Team Management

- Responsible for end to end operational activities of the city

- Responsible for Planning, Quality, Logistics, Vendor Development & Management

- Responsible for team building, performance orientation, succession planning and resource utilization

- Manage all the employees involved across different departments in that city

- Provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all programs and services, developing a broad and deep knowledge of all programs

Strategy & Planning

- Keep an eagle's eye on the competitor strategies and accordingly grasp opportunities by adapting pricing, talent and business model.

- Working with company's leadership to formulate and refine new growth strategies and ensuring their proper implementation in the city

- Play a significant role in long term planning with view to deliver operational excellence to support

- Generate user feedback for the technology team and focus on product innovation.
