Job Responsibilities:
Start from Scratch
Build and manage a team
- Accountable for managing entire Cosmetics business in the UP( Ghaziabad and nearby areas)
- Spearheading efforts across handling entire spectrum of functions pertaining to developing a competitive business development and sales & service strategy, uncovering/ creating new opportunities,
- Identifying dynamic and flexible.
- Presently managing Stockiest Operations in Uttar Pradesh( Mainly Ghaziabad and nearby areas)
- Handling distributors.
- Organized in shop promotions for product & coverage awareness.
- Distribution, Promotion and selling of the new products in the territory.
- Leading, training, motivating and monitoring the sales team to achieve the organizational goal
