- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients & acquire new client.

- Should have extensive Upwork knowledge about bid proposals and can communicate with clients.

- Have ability to Increase client base.

- Writing good business proposals and Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

- Strong bidding writing skills for various platforms to get leads for projects and client requirements by writing effective proposals, and emails.

- Must be able to handle the pre-sales cycle of Lead Generation, Appointment Fixing, Follow-Ups with prospects.

- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.

- Following industry trends locally and internationally.

- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
