- This position would be responsible for driving revenue & establishing the business network in the assigned circle. Also, he / she would be somebody :

What the Job Entails :
- Acquiring new Businesses for digital on-boarding
- Generating revenue from assigned territory
- Execution of sales and branding initiatives to achieve specific goals as per defined metrics
- Understanding customers goals and advise them on various services available on the platform
- End to end customer relationship management

- Depending upon your skills, qualification, relevant experience & last drawn CTC, the starting CTC can vary between Rs 30 Lacs to 60 Lacs per annum (100% variable, No Fixed Salary).
- The variable CTC would be calculated as 30% of the Average Revenue Earned Per Team Member (upto the limit of mutually agreed CTC).
- For good performers, Sky is the Limit as the CTC can dynamically move up basis performance even during the course of the year.
- So though the compensation is 100% Variable, it doesn't mean that the opportunity to earn is less. The very fact that we have earmarked 30% of Average Revenue towards team compensation (which is way too high as compared to 3-7% of Revenue spent on team compensation by most of the established organisations), speaks a lot about our intent - which is all about developing entrepreneurs, rewarding them handsomely & creating a win-win situation for them as well as the organisation.
