Whom we are looking for :

We are looking for ENTREPRENEURS (not for people with employee mindset) as "Circle Sales Managers" - to be based at Gurgaon / NCR.

This position would be responsible for driving revenue & establishing the business network in the assigned area. Also, he / she would be somebody :

- Who loves interacting with businesses & is passionate about "SALES, MARKETING & OPERATIONS"

- Who is inherently enthusiastic & has an entrepreneurial spirit

- Who thrives on chaos & loves unstructured environment

- Who feels completely at ease while rolling up his / her sleeves in the field

What the Job Entails :

- Acquiring new Businesses for digital on-boarding

- Generating revenue from assigned territory

- Execution of sales and branding initiatives to achieve specific goals as per defined metrics

- Understanding customers goals and advise them on various services available on the platform

- End to end customer relationship management

CTC :

CTC would not be a constraint for the right candidate & would vary depending upon your skills, knowledge, relevant experience & last drawn CTC.

CTC During Probation Period :

During the Probation Period, the CTC (as mutually agreed) will be 100% variable & would be calculated as 30% of the Average Revenue Earned Per Team Member (up to the limit of mutually agreed CTC).

CTC After Probation Period :

After the Probation Period, the CTC (as mutually agreed) will be 70% fixed & 30% variable - can go upto Rs 70 Lacs per annum.

Probation Period :

The Probation Period is 9 months but in case of exemplary performance during the first 3 to 6 months, the organisation may decide to reduce this period.
