Circle Manager - Sales - General Insurance (6-14 yrs)
Position : Circle MANAGER for Life Insurance.
Location - Shimla/Bathinda/Mandi/Jalandhar/Kashmir.
Function : Bancassurance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Overall responsibility of driving business through Bank branches in the area.
- Team Handling.
- Driving insurance target from Branch.
- Developing new products and processes for distribution of products.
- Cross sell G.I products to existing/new customers of Bank.
- Regular visits to Bank branches across the Region.
- Escalation and grievances handling of customers and employees.
- Train team and monitor training of Bank Sales team for products and process.
- Mentor and monitor teams and motivate them to push hard for pushing GI.
- Coordination with internal channels of products, process and roll outs.
- Maintaining good relationship with Bank Heads and teams for pushing.
Minimum Qualification :
Any Graduate/ MBA will be preferred.
Minimum Experience :
6+ years of prior experience, with min of 2 years experience in managing a team as a Team Leader.
