About Circle Health :

We are expanding at a very fast pace and are putting together a rockstar team to build one of India's largest health management companies.

Responsibilities :

- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers admitted to hospitals, offering support and guidance throughout their hospitalization journey.

- Address their queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

- Work closely with the Internal Claims Team to ensure smooth processing of insurance and TPA claims.

- Onboard hospitals to facilitate health services to our customers

- Coordinate with corporates for health camp in there office

- Resolve issues and provide necessary documentation as required.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals in the city.

- Regularly visit hospital partners to ensure seamless communication, facilitate efficient admission processes, and address any operational concerns.

- Act as an advocate for our customers in dealing with hospital staff, ensuring that their needs and preferences are met during their hospital stay.

- Coordinate with hospitals to accommodate special requests or services.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, insurance claims, and hospital communications.

- Ensure that all necessary documentation is organized and accessible.

- Keep customers informed about the status of their insurance claims, hospital admissions, and any updates related to their healthcare journey

- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries

- Identify and resolve insurance and TPA-related issues promptly, ensuring that customers have a hassle-free experience

- Collaborate with the Claims Team to address complex cases

- Monitor and assess the quality of hospital services, ensuring that they meet or exceed our customers' expectations

- Report any concerns or issues to the management for resolution

- Regularly meet with clients and key stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and update them about our latest services and offerings

- Educate clients about their insurance policies, coverage, and procedures to minimize confusion and improve their experience.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 0-5 years of relevant work experience in the industry

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport over various communication channels.

- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering. results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
