Circle Head - Agency Channel (10-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- The primary role of a circle Head is to ensure the productive expansion of the agency distribution channel by handling a team of ACH and retention of Agency development managers.
- Help ADMs achieve their required monthly and annual sales targets.
Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 13,00,000 P.A. plus incentives
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum experience in life insurance industry will be preferred.
- Candidates from south India.
- Candidates with good communication
- Candidates who will be interested for team handling
Education :
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate: Any Doctorate - Any Specialization
