Job Description:
Partner with Marketing teams to drive performance of key priority brands by re-orienting marketing strategy & communication
1. Co-create differentiated Marketing Plans for Prioritized Brands, Supporting the marketing Team to utilize strategic growth levers based on Situational Analysis and create impactful campaigns (AMC)
2. Collaborate with Agencies to Optimize the brand communication (Manage all creative agencies for resourcing, Quality of Work, Retainer and Contracts)
3. Monitor and Measure the performance of the brand based on suggested in clinic and out clinic initiatives and to take regular corrective measures
Capability building :
Assist the Marketing Team in Capability Building including assessment of competency Development needs
1) Provide Weekly Branding updates like Success stories or Market Concept Building
2) Help Identify the Best Marketing Practices and Individuals through various Forums like Marketing League and Sneek Peek
3) Quarterly measuring and rewarding the performance of brand manager through Standardised tool: Marketing scorecard
Packaging :
Drive Innovative Packaging Initiatives
1) Implement 5-6 patient centric packaging initiatives with direct impact on treatment adoption/compliance
Agency Optimization :
Create a system and process to assist marketing team in identifying best in fit Agencies as per their brand requirement and needs
1) Evaluate & shortlist the agencies and bucket them into various categories which will fulfil the brand requirements.
2) Work with purchase team to finalise and fix the price for each defined category of brief.
