Cila Labs - Customer Support Role (1-2 yrs)

Anywhere in India/Multiple Locations Job Code: 139480

Location: IST with occasional EST work hours

Expectations:

- Respond quickly to customer's questions via email support (you are not just software support you are providing a one of a kind customer experience)

- Some initial training will be on Eastern Time (sorry!)

- Troubleshooting and then escalating bugs to our technical team

- The ability to communicate clearly via email to customers

- Scheduled availability to participate in company calls

- Strong time management skills and the ability to communicate amongst team members (since we are a fully remote company communication is very important)

- Comfortable with multi-tasking across several platforms

- Ability to self-report one's performance and identify areas for improvement

- We want you to be hungry for growth

- This position supports several CILA Products so you will be able to navigate between several companies

Required Skills :

- Excellent English written communication skills are a must

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Empathy and patience while working with our customers

- Interpersonal skills

- Self and a quick learner

- A quiet workplace with a good internet connection (this is not a skill but you will find it is necessary at times)

- Previous Chat or Written Support in the Past

Preferred Skills :

- Basic knowledge of marketing strategies

- Sales background

- Familiar with the Product you are supporting

- The drive to want to help individuals achieve their dreams
