Job Description :


Our community of counsellors, students and universities are a crucial part of what we do here at Cialfo. As a Social Media Engagement expert, you will be in charge of managing our online presence on social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and of developing and growing our online community. We're looking for a creative, energetic, talented community manager who'll create and oversee our social media strategy. You'll join conversations, boost engagement, and be a crucial part of the flourishing Cialfo network.

Responsibilities :

- Build a community strategy plan and roadmap for current channels and prepare plans to review and launch new, relevant channels.

- Connect deeply with audiences about trends and issues they care about in their roles, helping to motivate, educate and inform by creating and curating culturally, socially and thematically relevant content.

- Work closely with the rest of the integrated marketing team to support campaign releases, content release opportunities, and event launches, including developing influencer campaigns.

- Working closely with marketing and branding stakeholders to increase brand awareness and build our online presence, including working with and managing relationships with influencers, content creators and brand advocates.

- Be the first point of contact in our social media communities, supporting and responding to members; monitor social listening on day to day basis and trigger escalation when needed.

- Spotting new content opportunities/trends and developing strategies to utilise these; experimenting with different formats and approaches.

- Manage real-time reporting across streaming networks, creator platforms, social media, and community discussions; including analyzing key performance data, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.

- Analyze social media traffic and relevant community metrics.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in community management, social media marketing or digital marketing and communications.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or English.

- A confident, engaging and versatile copywriter with an excellent command of the English language and keen brand sensibility in storytelling and design.

- Extensive experience with social media platforms and streaming networks.

- Proven track record in building, managing and engaging communities on social media platforms, including working with influencers and content creators.

- Experience in tracking, monitoring and reporting social media analytics, and to evaluate performance data deliver insights based on agreed-upon metrics/KPIs.

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and regional branches.

- Detail-oriented, self-directed skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including adaptability to fluid and last-minute changes.

Bonus points :

- A genuine interest in education and the edtech space, especially higher education.

- Experience working with international teams.

- Comfortable with basic design tools.

- On the pulse when it comes to the latest online trends, social issues and current affairs.
