We have an opening with our client:

Location : Andheri (W) / Mumbai

Role : Business Development Executive / Manager - Cloud Sales

Experience : 3-5 yrs

CTC offered : 3-7 la pa

Qualification : Any Graduate / PG - MBA/PGDM - Marketing with relevant work experience into cloud sales & hosting Solutions.

Experience / Eligibility & Skill Set Required :

- Candidates should have relevant work experience of 3-5 Years in Cloud Sales / IT Infrastructure sales / IT solution selling / Managed Services Sales and possess technical proficiency.

- Candidate should have adequate knowledge of Hosting & Managed Services, Network Security, Data Center and Remote IT Infrastructure and related terms & technologies.

- Candidate should have business Communication, Leadership and Project Management Skills which will provide an excellence in presentation and convincing skills for corporate meetings within the prospective markets

- Candidates should have thorough understanding of the commercials and contracts

- Candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Candidate should only be extremely proactive, confident and should be willing to travel frequently across the nation (2-3 days a week)

- Candidate should be Self-motivated, detailed-oriented / organized and multitasking.

- Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Experience with Microsoft Visio or database application will be an added advantage.

(Designation of the prospective candidates will be dependent on the kind of work experience they have and its relevance, along with their performance in the Selection Process)

Role Description :

- Incumbent should possess innovation skills and vision to deal with the hyper flexibility in the technology business.

- Incumbent will be responsible to maximize the revenue generation by strategic focus on consultative selling our services (cloud, hosting and managed services) based on prospective client needs.

- Incumbent will have to lead in the development of the technical solution or offering, in translating the business needs into technical requirements. He / She would have to identify the gaps, strategic impacts, financial impacts and the risk profile in the technical solution or offering, and provide technical support with the help of technical team.

- Incumbent will be responsible for the negotiation, vendor relationship management, tracking, troubleshooting and reporting of all technology related contract commitments made within the information services and various other departments.

- Incumbent will develop long term sales pipeline to increase company's market share in specialized area.

- Incumbent should have Business Communication, Leadership and Project Management Skills and will be responsible to map large accounts, maintain relationship & focus on growing contractual renewals.

- Incumbent will handle the complete sales cycle for the potential and the acquired clients.

- Incumbent will be responsible for defining Sales forecasts & strategies and must be able to handle and price negotiations with a focus on value-based selling and position the core differentiators of Rackspace in a way that clearly shows our customers what they will receive for their commitments to us.

- Incumbent will be responsible for sales analysis, gross margin, product penetration, sales efficiency, and market data.

- Incumbent will be responsible to achieve the revenue targets as assigned and projected.

(The Profile is a mix of Client Acquisition and Pre Sales. All candidates will get thorough training on all subject matters and sales. Traveling within Mumbai and outstation for client meetings will be an integral part of the daily routine)
